Over 75 percent of the Sarabium siphon project has been finalized, Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr said on Sunday.
Nasr said the project, which costs 46 million dollars, aims at delivering clean water to Sinai residents.
The project has a significant impact on the health and environment domains in Sinai, the minister pointed out.
The Sarabium siphon will be used to transfer water needed for irrigation and drinking in Sinai
