A concert in solidarity with the Gaza Strip was organized Thursday evening at Ibn Zeydoun theatre in Algiers with the participation of many national artists and in presence of members of the Palestinian community in Algeria.
The concert was opened by a group song entitled "Gaza la douce" (Sweet Gaza) performed by the Algerian singers Karim Mesbahi, Naima Ababssa, Mourad Djaafri and al mounshid Djelloul.
Initiated by the National Office of Copyrights and Related Rights (ONDA), the song was written by Djelloul, the music was composed by Sid Ahmed
Fellah and produced by Rachid Atoussi. The revenues from the evening will go to the Gaza Strip.
Other singers were also present during this evening to perform songs dedicated to Gaza.
The director general of ONDA, Samy Bencheikh said that "this concert is dedicated to the Palestinian victims of the Israeli barbaric aggression."
