Egyptian singer Reham Nabil is set to film her scenes for her upcoming role in the series Fad Eshtibak on Sunday. Reham told Arabstoday in an exclusive interview: "Most of my scenes will be shot this Sunday, but two of them will be delayed because I’m currently completing a salsa dancing course for my role.” The songstress-come-actress will be co-starring alongside Ahmed Safwat, Enas Kamel, Ragaa El Geddawy, Mahmoud Elgendy and Sanaa Youssef. Written and directed by Hazem Metwalli the series explores society in Egypt after the 2011 revolution and how it changed the Egyptian people. It will delve into the best and worst characteristics of Egyptians and discuss the current conflicts in the country. Reham herself will play the role of Donya, a university student who befriends a young man named Khalid, played by Ahmed Safwat, who falls in love with her. The young actress confirmed plans to start shooting for a new series next week. Khalaf Allah will also star contemporary Egyptian actor Nour El-Sherif. Reham added: There’s a big surprise in store for the audience with this next project. I’m really thankful director Hosni Saleh cast me for this role.”
