Singer Waleed Tawfiq
Beirut - Michelle Hadad

Lebanese singer Waleed Tawfiq told “ Arab Today” that he cancelled his concert in Egypt for Easter on April 16 in solidarity with the Egyptian after the terrorist attack on Tanat and Alexandria churches, showing his grief and sympathy with the victims ,adding that terrorism has no religion, and he is against any act trying to preach our Arab unity.

He said that there have been terrorist attacks in Europe and a lot of Arab countries, and we must eliminate terrorism so that we can live in peace, and it may seem a hard task but it is not impossible, and we need to stand together to free Islam and Muslims from such radical thought.

He called for an operetta to be performed by Arab voices to tell all the world that, Arab are not terrorists.
