Egyptian tourist guide stresses importance of museum tourism

Egyptian tourist guide Elham Ibrahim explained that tourism of museums is witnessing a great development in the world, as there is a collection of museums of art established by several countries of the world to attract tourists, led by US, such as that established in the city of cinema, "Hollywood", which contains many statues of artists so that fans can take pictures with the statues of stars they love.

"There are a number of countries that are building a collection of exotic museums, such as paper, wood and sand museums in Japan and Latin American countries for tourist attractions," she indicated, adding that there are fish museums containing rare species of rare fish.

She pointed out, in interview with Arabs Today, that the interest in sculpture art is increasing now because there are some countries began to write its current era through sculpture as the previous civilizations did.
 
"A group of countries are now working on murals that are written every 10 years, such as China, Japan, Cuba and Mexico," she added.

The tourist guide indicated that a group of Arab countries have noticed this kind of tourism and began to pay attention to it, and build many buildings then to convert them to museums such as Bahrain, Qatar and Sudan.

Ibrahim pointed out that Egypt contains many antiquities, and it must be revived, including the fish garden, the agricultural museum and the Japanese garden, explaining that Alexandria began to take care of the treasures it has, where museums of royal family jewelery have been established and there are other art museums.
