Panel examines airport terminal-2 project

Minister of Public Works, Minister of Electricity and Water Abdulaziz Al-Ibrahim on Wednesday said the tender of establishing, equipping and maintaining the new passenger terminal at Kuwait International Airport was being examined by a special committee of experts.
The minister, speaking during the parliament session and responding to charges made by MP Saadoun Hammad with respect of qualification standards of the companies, affirmed that that concerned firms had been selected by a specialized panel during term of his predecessor.
He indicated that the number of the companies that filed for the tendering had reached 22.
