Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said tourism is crucial to Egypt's economy, underscoring the importance of attracting more tourists, especially the Arabs.
During a meeting with Tourism Minister Khaled Rami, Mahlab called for boosting promotion campaigns in Arab countries.
The minister said that Egypt seeks to increase the annual tourist influx to 20 million tourists by 2020 to bring revenues to USD 26 billion.
