Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hossam Moghazy said the government is keen on wrapping up development projects in Sinai as schedule.
Investments worth 5.6 billion pounds have been earmarked for carrying out infrastructure plans in the province, the minister said.
The minister made his comments in his meeting with Agriculture and Land Cultivation Minister Salah al-Din Helal and Presidential adviser for security affairs Ahmed Gamaldeen.
There are contracts of 4.7 billion EGP being implemented with around 90 percent of them have been done, said Moghazy.
