The activities of the Libya's House of Respresentiaves and State Council dialogue committees kicked off here Tuesday, under the United Nations, to amend the Skhirat agreement.
"UN Secretary General António Guterres prioritizes the Libyan files in the current stage with the aim of finding a solution to the crisis," UN Envoy to Libya Ghassan Salame said during the meeting.
All countries endorse the decision that will be reached by the participants in the meeting, Salame said.
He added that the Libyan people aspire to express their hopes and witness a new phase of reconciliation, in light of the current chance to achieve a quantum leap in reviving the country.
The UN plan entails a set of procedures that will be crowned by transparent elections and a national conference comprising representatives of all Libyans, the UN envoy went on to say.
