The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) on Thursday rejected as "collective punishment" decisions taken by the Iraqi parliament after Kurds voted to secede from the country.
“Erbil is ready for dialogue with the central government in Baghdad to solve the outstanding problems,” the Kurdistan's cabinet said in a statement carried by the national Iraqi News Agency (NINA).
It added that all legal measures will be taken against the decisions of the Iraqi parliament.
