British police said Saturday they were keeping an "open mind" as to whether more than one person could have been behind a bomb attack on a London Underground train that injured 30 people.
Neil Basu of London's Metropolitan Police also said an 18-year-old man detained earlier on Saturday in the departure area of the port of Dover was arrested on suspicion of being involved in the attack.
