Second explosion reported in Kabul: interior ministry

A suicide bomber blew himself up while trying to attack the Afghan intelligence agency in Kabul Wednesday, in the second explosion to hit the city within hours, the interior ministy said.
"The bomber tried to enter an NDS (National Directorate of Security) office in the southeastern part of the city. The attacker died and two others were wounded," ministry spokesman Najibullah Danish told AFP.
