The Finance Ministry auctioned on Sunday treasury bonds at a total value of 13.250 billion pounds.
In an online statement, the Ministry said it sold EGP 6.5 billion of 91-day bonds with an average interest rate hitting 18.919%.
It also sold EGP 6.750 billion of 226-day bonds with an average interest rate of 18.115 percent.
The Central Bank of Egypt auctions T-bonds on behalf of the Finance Ministry.
