Antiquities Ministry receives 354 artifacts handed over by UAE

A committee affiliated with the Antiquities Ministry received on Saturday 354 artifacts coming from UAE’s Sharjah.
Antiquities Minister Khaled el Anani inspected the registration process for the artifacts at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo.
The minister hailed Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad al Qasimi’s initiative and appreciated UAE authorities over cooperating with the Egyptian Foreign Ministry and Embassy in Abu Dhabi to return the artifacts to Egypt.
The artifacts will be temporary exhibited in the Egyptian Museum soon, the minister added.
