Health Minister Ahmed Emad Rady stressed that no deaths caused by dengue fever have been reported in el Quseir region or any city in the Red Sea governorate.
Matters should not be exaggerated, the minister noted, adding that the infection of some people in Quseir region does not mean the spread of the disease as rumored.
In a press conference held at the cabinet headquarters on Thursday, Rady said that Prime Minister Sherif Ismail gave directives to provide the needed funding so as to establish a desalination station with total capacity of 10,000 cubic meters to be increased to 40,000 cubic meters later.
