Young actress Jamila Awad said that, comparing her character in “Don’t turn off the sun” series to actress Faten Hamama’s character in the movie is unfair, because there is no one like her, asking the audience to see the series froma fresh point of view and don’t put any comparisons.
She said the series has a new point of view that copes with 2017, and writer Tamer Habib is a talented writer who gives every actor and actress their space to show their talents.
She expressed her happiness for working with actress Mervat Amin, as performing with her was her dream, cofirming that, the audience will be surprised from some of their scenes together.
Jamila Awad is the granddaughter of late actor Mohammed Awad, and daughter of director Adel awad and actress Randa. She first appeared on TV through “Under Control” series with actress Nelly Karim.
