Ramallah - WAFA

Weather on Wednesday is partially cloudy with a slight drop in temperature while remaining two degrees Celsius above the annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northeasterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 13°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 20°C and a low of 12°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coast.

PMD also predicted weather on Thursday to remain the same, while temperature is expected to drop. Scattered rain and thunderstorms are expected on most areas especially during the night.

A low pressure is expected to affect the region on Friday. Weather is expected to be cold to very cold and partially cloudy to cloudy and temperature is expected to significantly drop. Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected on most areas.

No change in temperature and weather conditions for Saturday.

PMD warns from floods in low areas and valleys, low visibility due to fog formation, low clouds and slippery roads on Friday.
