Cover of Vogue Paris - Arab Today Ex-Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham has guest edited the Christmas edition of Paris Vogue magazine, the publication said on Friday. Beckham appears in seductive pose on the front cover of the magazine's December/January issue with her retired footballer husband David who is seen sporting a beard and dinner jacket. Editor-in-chief Emmanuelle Alt said Beckham had "revealed herself to be the opposite of her image" during her editing stint. In comments on the magazine's website, she described her as "spontaneous, full of humour... modest but at the same time equipped with a healthy ambition". The issue which goes on sale next week would also offer revealing insights into the Beckhams life together, she added. Beckham follows in the footsteps of Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. The model-turned-singer who is married to ex-French President Nicolas Sarkozy was last year's guest editor. David Beckham played his final match for French team Paris Saint-Germain in May. The British couple, who have four children together, last week sparked queues around a London charity shop after they donated 20 boxes of clothes and shoes to raise money for victims of the Philippines typhoon.
