Singer Britney Spears at the VMA. London - Arabstoday Britney Spears glowed at the MTV Video Music Awards in a dazzling Moschino romper suit and black patent platform booties by Gina. A stunning looking Britney, 29, grinned widely as she arrived at the MTV Video Music Awards last night. Britney's appearance was a far cry from the dishevelled and vacant-seeming singer of four years ago after taking to the stage in nothing more than her underwear and stumbling around in a lacklustre fashion while lip-synching to Gimme More. Then she looked out of shape and confused with hair extensions attempting to mask the fact that she had shaved her head only months before. But last night the superstar was honoured for her incredible career and was given the big award of the night - The Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. There was also a fitting tribute in the form of a troupe of young dancers who performed a routine to a collection of her songs. Britney has been hard at work preparing for her upcoming world tour which begins on September 22 in Russia. After travelling around Europe for six weeks she then heads down to South America until Christmas. She also currently has the number ten song on the Billboard charts with I Wanna Go from her album Femme Fatale. (Dailymail)
