Michelle revealed her new bangs at her 49th birthday Washington - Arabstoday The eyes of fashion were focussed on Michelle Obama as she appeared on stage at the celebration reception for her husband's inauguration in Washington. Wearing a black sequined Michael Kors cocktail dress, accessorised with an array of bracelets, the First Lady definitely did not disappoint - proving yet again that she is a winner in the style stakes. She evoked a demure and elegant presence in a gorgeous LBD which she last wore at an official dinner in September 2009. Michelle Obama topped off the stunning look with a new hair-do, which even husband, President Obama could not help but compliment. Addressing the crowd, which included Vice-President Joe Biden and wife Jill along with those who supported the campaign and benefactors of the Presidential Inaugural Committee, President Obama said: "I love her bangs. She looks good. She always looks good." US President Barack Obama took his oath of office on Sunday for his second term and in tune with her social media age, Michelle Obama later sent a personal tweet saying: "Barack just took the official oath at the @WhiteHouse & used my grandma's bible for the ceremony. I'm so proud of him. - mo."
