Leggy Threads is a new luxury fashion brand targeted at women ages 28 to 50 that are 5ft 9” and above. Founded by Sarah Stoker out of the frustration to find clothes that fit taller people, the first collection features five individually designed blouses in an assortment of colours. Using only British manufactures, Sarah searched the UK to source fabrics and accessories, from hand dyed buttons to laces, silks and cottons. Sarah is already an established entrepreneur having launched her own recruitment business, Ocean Consulting, 10 years ago. The brand aims to expand its range further in spring 2015. Available from the Leggy Threads website, prices range from £109 to £150. The collection will also be stocked and sold through a small range of local Thames Valley independent boutiques.
