Abbey, 25, looked amazing just eight months after giving birth to daughter Sophia in March, as she walked along the sand, showing off her very enviable toned and trim body. The Model, who is married to Stoke City striker Peter, 31, is taking a break from being a footballer's wife and mother to relax for a few days in the United Arab Emirates. She is a guest at the Grosvenor House Hotel and has brought along her mother Karen and a friend to enjoy the break with her.
