Aussie singer Kylie Minogue reunited with former partner-in-pop Jason Donovan to perform their classic hit Especially For You onstage for the first time in 23 years at London’s Christmas Cracker concert last week. Kylie stole the show in a David Koma Spring 2013 dress. Her sleeveless romper, with a pleated cut-away miniskirt was accented with bright-green patent panels and accessorised with black patent Mary Jane pumps. This is the third look from Koma’s collection that we have seen worn by a singer in recent weeks. Taylor Swift took to the red carpet at the festive Jingle Ball in New York City wearing a dress by David, and Alicia Keys donned the designer for a performance on German TV alongside Rihanna. Born in Georgia, David moved to Saint-Petersburg before heading to London to study at Central Saint Martin’s College before setting-up his own label. The designer is recognised for his sculptural shapes and metallic embellishment, alongside a sexy sportswear aesthetic that is proving a hit with hit-makers.
