Liv Tyler is Pantene's new girl

It's second time around for Hollywood actress Liv Tyler who first became a Pantene ambassador in 1996. Pantene have announced that actress Liv Tyler will join Pantene as a new UK ambassador for its revamped Pro-V line - set to launch on November 1. She joins an illustrious roll call of past ambassadors including Cat Deeley, Eva Mendes, Shilpa Shetty, Naomi Watts and this beauty editor - who lent her mane to a couple of Pro-V TV advertisements back in 1996. One of the original Pantene ad girls from the 1990's, Liv's timeless face and signature glossy hair makes her a good choice for the relaunch of this brand, which has taken seven years to perfect and promises to deliver a step change in the way we shop for haircare. The new look line, Repair & Protect (for normal to thick hair), has cutting-edge ingredients and claims high performance results. "I'm excited about working on the project", reveals Liv, "especially as I did a Pantene ad back in 1996 when I was 19. I've tried lots of haircare brands over the years, but Pantene is my favourite as it always leaves my hair looking really healthy."
