Fit and Beautiful Medical Spa

Located in Carrollton, Texas, Fit and Beautiful Medical Spa wants to help clients look and feel their best with medical spa services. The spa has four treatment rooms with a minimalist design and a medical office atmosphere. Two of the rooms are used for medical weight loss and there are two for laser treatments, injectables, and facial treatments. Medical spa services include dermal fillers such as Restylane®, and Juvéderm™, Botox® Cosmetic, laser skin tightening, laser hair removal, and laser vein reduction. Services incorporate products such as SkinMedica, RevitaLash®, Neocutis, Elta, and Latisse® eyelash enhancers. Fit and Beautiful is a Center for Medical Weight Loss Center, which sponsors physician-supervised weight-loss at facilities around the country. The weight loss program at Fit and Beautiful begins with an initial consultation over the phone where program options and weight loss goals are discussed, and continues with the first visit where a comprehensive body analysis is performed and a report of fat, water, and muscle composition, and metabolic rate is compiled. Clients usually undergo a series of lab work and a brief exam before entering the program as well. Those in the program will receive personal support from Dr. Guillermo Fuentes and his staff.
