The all-day restaurant Olea at Four Seasons Amman recently underwent a full-make over. The outlet recently opened for business serving authentic Levantine cuisine. The restaurant offers an a la carte menu showcasing eastern Mediterranean coastal cuisines which cover Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey and Greece and extends to Sinai. All dishes are made using fresh ingredients. Some of Olea’s signature dishes include a variety of Fattat, which are yoghurt-based dishes, Sawani for two, which include oven-baked beef, lamb, chicken and shrimp, as well as a home-made dish of the day like maftool, mansaf and freekeh.
