Hamburger restaurant chain Byron has created its own pale ale to head its new craft beer list. Byron Pale Ale, brewed exclusively for Byron by the Camden Town Brewery, will cost £4.25 for a 330ml bottle and will launch on 6 March when the new lists go into service. The ale is a bright golden colour with a citrus and tropical fruit aroma and a dry finish. Tom Byng (pictured), founder of Byron, said: "As lovers of craft beer, we've always harboured a secret desire to create a beer that would complement our hamburgers perfectly. "It was a great experience to work with the guys at Camden and we're really proud of the result." Also new on the beer list are SKA Milk Toe Stout, Coronado Islander IPA, Uinta Wyld Organic Pale Ale and Stone Pale Ale. Brooklyn Lager, Kernel IPA and Camden Hells remain from the previous list. Huddersfield's Magic Rock Brewing is represented with its Dark Arts stout.
