Following a series of pop-up events across London, Japanese restaurant United Ramen has announced the launch of its first restaurant in London, opening 1 September and located on Upper Street, N1. United Ramen celebrates the cultural influences and history that led to the development of modern ramen by creating traditionally inspired dishes. The restaurant's dishes are created using traditions inspired by Japan and infused with different cultural flavours, from traditional Japanese Chashu (pork belly) and Crackling Miso Ramen to Korean-inspired 48-hour Spicy Miso Marinated Salmon Kimchi Raman and the British Bulldog Roast Beef Ramen with Mini Yorkshire Puddings and Wasabi Gravy.
