Labour Minister Saqr Ghobash has planted Union tree at the courtyard of Department of Inspection's building in Khalifa A district in Abu Dhabi. The event was attended by the assistant undersecretaries, directors of departments and a number of employees of the Ministry of Labour. Commenting on the occasion, Ghobash said, love and allegiance for the country dictate self denial and continuous work to preserve the country led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He added that wide response to the initiative of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, "is a symbolic gesture for love of the country and allegiance to the leadership." The minister ordered distribution of the palm seedlings and saplings to all employees of the Ministry to cultivate the Union trees in their homes to enhance the spirit of citizenship and sense of belonging among their family members on the occasion of the 41st national day anniversary.
