Jewish settlers have set fire to olive trees in the town of Nahalin, western of Bethlehem in West Bank.
A group of Beitar Illit settlement's residents in Nahalin, Hussain and Wadi Fukin, have set fire to olive trees in the wild land near the settlement late Tuesday, reported an activist against settlements and the separation wall.
This is a recurrent action done by settlers to put their hands on lands to establish settlements, added the activist.
Chief of the Nablus Governorate declared the formation of a committee comprising the membership of several organizations and ministries aiming at helping farmers and Palestinian citizens collect olives in vicinities surrounding settlements.
