Sudan will participate this month in the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO). The Sudanese Director of the National Forest Dr. Abdelazim Mirghani said that the committee will discuss several issues, notably the condition of forests all over the world and the results of Rio meetings in Brazil on sustainable administration. Furthermore, there will be a discussion on the environmental policy, the role of forests in the development of the countryside, and the major results of the strategic evaluation by the member states.
