A rise in temperatures is expected on Monday becoming 4-6 degrees above their annual average; therefore it will be pleasant in the hilly areas and warm in other parts of the Kingdom with medium and high clouds.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), cold weather is expected at night in most regions, while winds will be southeasterly light to moderate.
As for Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures are forecast to rise 6-10 degrees above their annual average, so it will be warm in most areas of the country with clouds at various altitudes and southwesterly moderate to brisk at times, the JMD added.
Drizzles are also forecast Wednesday night in the northern and eastern regions, meteorologists said .
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach a high of 22 degrees Celsius dropping down to 10 degrees at night, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 29 degrees plunging to 16 at night.
