Spring and moderate conditions are expected to prevail Tuesday in the hilly areas and the desert regions, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with clouds at various altitudes.
A chance of scattered showers is also expected in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, with southwesterly to northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD).
A slight drop in temperatures is forecast over the next two days, but similar weather conditions will continue with low clouds in the northern and central parts of the country and westerly to northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Maximum temperatures expected in the capital and the northern parts will reach 25 degrees Celsius dropping down to 17 in Amman and 15 in the northern governorates. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 32 degrees sliding to 21 at night, the JMD added.
