A forecaster from the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has warned of towering clouds over eastern mountain areas with a chance of rain and winds that may blow dust over the rest of the weekend. The temperature is expected to rise gradually over the next few days, averaging between 40-46 degrees Celsius in coastal areas and between 43-46 degree Celsius in interior areas.
There is also a chance of convective clouds formation by afternoon over certain eastern areas, associated with light rain. Light to moderate winds are expected which may freshen the appearance of convective clouds, with probability of blowing dust over open land areas. The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
