Leading manufacturer of premium luxury vehicles Jaguar Mena has launched the Jaguar Rapid Drop-Off Service, underscoring efforts to offer Jaguar owners a five-star customer experience.
Kicking-off in Dubai, the Jaguar Rapid Drop-Off Service will provide customers who pre-book their cars for maintenance or repair with access to a special drop-off facility to their preferred location in top-of-the-range, high-performance Jaguar models such as the Jaguar F-Type R Coupé and Jaguar XJL.
Rob Preston, customer service director of Jaguar Land Rover Mena, said: “At Jaguar Land Rover, we pride ourselves on the outstanding after-sales services we offer to our customers throughout the region, and we are always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to improve upon our existing brand experiences.”
As a customer-centric company, Jaguar Mena is also using the Jaguar Rapid Drop-Off Service as a tool to encourage appointment bookings, which in turn enables dealers to extend tailored services based on each customer’s preferences and convenience.
Meanwhile, Jaguar Land Rover Mena is considering rolling out the Jaguar Rapid Drop-Off Service across the rest of the region for both Jaguar and Land Rover owners.
