It appears from this week's I-Spy that the new Lotus Exige will get a nose looking a lot like the one from the Evora, while the rear is completely different and makes the car look much longer. The roofline looks different from the current Exige and it is believed that this new version is powered by the same V6 engine also found in the bigger Evora. That would mean a 3.5L V6 producing 280hp in the normal version and 350hp in the S version. The mules seen before this one had a wider track than the existing Exige so it is thought the new model will also be slightly larger. Other noticeable developments include bigger brakes compared to the outgoing model. Expect the new Exige to make an appearance at the Geneva Motor Show in March next year. From / The National
