Held at the dealers showroom in Wadi Saqra, the event drew the participation of a group of media representatives and social media influencers, said a statement.
The attended had the opportunity to test-drive the luxury vehicle and learn more about its latest technology innovations, it said.
As the first member of the new Discovery family, the Discovery Sport features an all-alloy Si4 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 240 horsepower and 340 Newton-meters of torque.
The model also boasts stop-start technology, high-pressure direct injection, low-friction internal components and smart regenerative charging for outstanding performance and economy.
