Lotus set to ‘Blow the Roof Off’

Lotus is expected to reveal the Evora convertilbe next month at Geneva. Their words, not ours. Lotus has just issued a press release teasing their planned offering at next month's Geneva Motor Show. We've reported in the past that Lotus would like to build a convertible variant of the Evora, but both time and money have been factors.Now with questions going around about whether Proton may sell Lotus, we're just happy something new is coming out at all. Save for any other new information regarding another model, we're placing our bets on the convertible's debut. Lotus hasn't released any teaser photos just yet, but they did send out a rather unusual set of small pictures (featured on the last slide) showing the back of a sunburned man's shaved head, a purple bikini top, and some sun tan lotion.Yeah, we were puzzled too. Anyway, we'll have complete details and photos in just a few weeks from Geneva.
