Minister of Antiquities Khaled el Enany said the general administration of scientific publishing issued two English-language journals under the titles of "Conservation in Egypt" and "Archaeology in Egypt.
The two journals aim at releasing reports on the restoration and excavation works carried out by the archaeological missions operating in Egypt.
In statements on Sunday, Enany said the step comes as part of the ministry's keenness on briefing archaeological experts and Egyptologists on the recent achievements made in the field.
Meanwhile, Director of the Scientific Publishing Dr Hussein Abdel Basseir said the two journals include a set of documented photos as well as scientific and archaeological articles.
