The Federation of Arab Journalists (FAJ) deplored on Tuesday the repeated assaults committed by the Houthi fighters against journalists in Yemen.
In a statement, the FAJ called on the Shiite Houthi group to immediately release journalist Wahid Al Sofi and his colleagues who were abducted in the Yemeni Capital of Sanaa.
The FAJ expressed solidarity with the Yemeni Syndicate of Journalists over the kidnapping of those journalists, urging the international media and human rights organizations to condemn the Houthis' assaults against the Yemeni Journalists and disclose their whereabouts.
