French President Francois Hollande convened key ministers for a third emergency meeting at the Elysee Palace over search operations ongoing for the two suspects wanted for a Wednesday morning attack in Paris on the offices of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.
A dozen people were killed in the attack.
French authorities have identified the two suspects as brothers Said and Cherif Kouachi. In 2008, Cherif Kouachi was sentenced to an 18-month prison term for being part of a terror group, according to French prosecutors. A third suspect has turned himself in to authorities.
