Hamas government in Gaza has decided to forbid Palestinian journalists to maintain contacts and work with Israeli reporters. The government cited the Israeli media's "hostility" as the reason behind the ban. Hamas confirmed its rejection and condemnation of the Israeli procedures in seizing the Palestinian lands and the settlement expansion in the West Bank in an attempt to entirely Judaizing East Jerusalem. The government called on the international community, especially the countries signed the fourth Geneva Convention, to put pressure on Israeli government to cease its settlement construction in the Palestinian territories, considering it as a war crime. The government also called the Palestinian people not to surrender to Israeli oppression and violence and to resist the Israeli settlement.
