Sudanese newspapers out on Thursday shed light on the aid offered by the Egyptian government to South Sudan.
An Egyptian military aircraft landed in Juba on Wednesday, carrying more than 20 tons of foodstuff and medical supplies.
Sudanese newspapers like Juba Monitor, This Day, The Dawn and Al Waten dedicated their front pages to the arrival of the Egyptian aid, saying it reflect deeply-rooted relations binding the two peoples in the different domains.
They highlighted Sudanese officials' thanks to the Egyptian government and the Armed Forces Command for their continued support of the South Sudanese people in light of the critical conditions some provinces are experiencing.
