The 29th meeting of the Gulf Radio and Television Authority Board of Directors will be held Tuesday in Jeddah at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) will participate in the meeting with a delegation headed by HE QMC Executive President and board member Mubarak Jaham Al Kuwari. During the meeting, Gulf Radio and Television Authority General Manager Dr. Abdullah bin Said Abu Ras is due to present the Authority's programs and activities at the last financial session approved in the 28th meeting of the board, in addition to the current financial session after it has been presented to the Programs Committee which posted its recommendations. The Committee proposed training sessions, research and study, a talent spotting project, a research contest, and program exchange between member institutions and the seasonal Gulf Radio and Television magazine published by the Authority. The meeting of the Gulf Radio and Television Authority Board of Directors is held on a yearly basis to discuss programs and activities specific to the past financial year as well as new plans for the coming year.
