Jessica Simpson shares photos from son Ace's birthday

Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson celebrated son Ace's second birthday this week.

The 34-year-old designer shared several adorable photos with the 35-year-old retired NFL player, three-year-old daughter Maxwell and Ace from the occasion on Instagram.

"2yrs OLD?!?! Can we live here forever? I love you Ace Knute Johnson. Happy birthday!" she captioned a picture of the toddler on the photo sharing site.

Simpson and Johnson have been together since 2010, and married in July 2014. The couple welcomed Maxwell in May 2012, and Ace followed in June 2013. Simpson often posts pictures of her children on social media, including a playdate Maxwell had with CaCee Cobb's daughter.

Simpson came to fame as a singer, and last released Do You Know in 2008. The designer announced she has her eighth record in the works in March, and continues to oversee her Jessica Simpson Collection and fragrance and home decor lines.
