His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today rewarded the students and the administrators who took part in the 18th Arab School Games, held in Lebanon. The royal gesture marks the Bahraini National School Handball team’s winning of the gold medal and the Athletics team winning of advanced positions at the tournament. On this occasion, Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi conveyed to the students greetings from HM King Hamad who congratulated them on their landmark achievements.Then, he presented them with the royal rewards and decided to grant them scholarships to study abroad after their graduation from secondary school, in line with HM the King’s directives.He also commended their outstanding performance, asserting that the Education Ministry is keen to promote sport activities at schools.
