The Ministry of Works hosted a reception ceremony for 86 University of Bahrain (UoB) students specializing in civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering, accountancy, media and biology.
Human Resources Director Mahmoud Abdulrahim briefed the trainees on the main objectives of the yearly summer training programme adopted by the Ministry of Works in association with various universities and training institutes.
He urged them to benefit from the expertise of the Ministry’s engineers and staff in the different directorates and to make optimum use of this unique hands-on experience at the Ministry.
The students were later allocated to the Ministry’s directorates to receive training throughout July and August.
