Minister of Higher Education Ahmed Abdel khaleq received on Tuesday the director of the international relations of the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture.
During the meeting, minister Abdel Khaleq
praised Egyptian-Finnish relations in various domains, especially in the fields of education and research, pointing out that the two countries cooperate to develop innovation at universities.
For her part, the Finnish official said her country was looking forward to increasing cooperation with Egypt in the education and research areas and said they discussed signing a cooperation protocol in the domains of education and expertise exchange.
She invited minister Abdel Khaleq to visit her country to discuss the best way to promote ties in the education domains.
