Egyptain education official denies locating bomb near school

- Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Education in Gharbia governorate Ahmed Fekri Taha belied reports circulated earlier in the day that a homemade bomb was found near a school in Santa Town.
In statements Monday, he said the school was evacuated as a precautionary measure to protect the lives of the pupils while security agencies combed the area and did not find any suspicious objects.
