Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Talal launched on Friday the first technology summit for youth in Arabic language, organized by Intel Computer Clubhouse, at the Queen Zein Al Sharaf Institute for Development (ZENID).
The summit aims to enrich the Arabic content on the world wide web on various subjects, highlight Arab values and invest the youths' creativity in technology.
The Princess also called for harnessing the youths' positive energies and technological creativity to build the society and various institutions of the country as well as to enable them to face challenges.
"The success being achieved by the youth is a source of pride for all of us, and this success is able to ensure a bright future for the Arab world," said the princess.
A US Embassy representatives praised the Jordanian Hashemite Fund For Human Development for supporting the partnership between the US embassy and the Intel Computer Clubhouse in Jordan.
